[Renters] When Resident submits a request for repairs, they are authorizing Lessor and/or their suppliers or subcontractors to enter the Premises to make repairs. Resident authorizes Lessor to enter the Premises via use of a master key at all reasonable times and with reasonable notice, whether Resident is present or absent.
